Clean modest hotel, really good staff and favourable location close to the train station. Newly remodelled & soundproof room with the sofa bed pulled out. Great breakfast on the pastries, hot drinks...

Swimming Pool Area Small and in need of updating & Refurbishment.

Location. For access from the airport - get the 98 to Gare Routiere or 99 to Gare sncf and then take the tram direction Pont Michel alighting at the stop after Acropolis. The 4 euro ticket for the bus can be used on the tram and on local buses for a day.

Staff is friendly. I was there for a board meeting and the food & beverages were of good quality. The air con however (in the meeting room) was not strong enough. It was a peticular muggy day with thunderstorms so that is not a normal climate in Nice. My room was next to the elevator; I thought it would be noisy but didn't here a thing. Walke to the old centre of Nice is about 12 minutes.

Disabled/wheelchair user faciliities

The hotel swimming pool was inaccessisble to wheelchair users. I chose this hotel especially because it had a pool. That problem was not clear in the hotel description and was a real disappointment. The staff were apologetic, the reception manager in particular, offering to change us to another location. However, then we would not be in the destination we had planned for. The swimming pool issue was truly disappointing, when it was the main reason, apart from the accessible room, for choosing the hotel.

Fairly clean good value hotel with a great pool and an easy location just next door to a railway station, the beach / old town and good menu for vegetarians. Double superior and new-fashioned rooms, had a FANTASTIC stay for Business Trip. The captivating view to the swimming pool from its windows.

Super location, right by Tram line, with easy bus ride in from the airport. Room cleaned every day of our 4 day trip, to high standard. Free Internet access in lobby bonus for our teenagers.

During my recent weekend stay, I loved how close I was to both the Marc Chagall National Museum, just a 15-minute stroll away, and the beautiful Promenade des Anglais, made morning walks good, allowing me to take in the fine views along the coast.

I loved the rooftop pool with amazing views. The breakfast options were plenty, with fresh orange juice and a pancake machine. Water filling stations on each floor were super convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Really enjoyed the family-friendly vibe 😊

wonderful staff. Room was big enough for the 4 of us (2 small children). 1 child in the sofa bed, 1 in a crib. Lovely buffet breakfast where we could sit outdoors.Hotel mostly for business people. Near tram and close enough to city center. We walked everywhere with a stroller and it was fine.

Just wish the hotel had info about the city besides just a map of Nice.

It was clean, comfortable and only one tram station away from Piazza Garibaldi. Good connection to the railway station and very close to the Ligne d'Azur bus ( 1 euro trip to Monaco, Cannes, Menton, Antibe etc).

We spent the first night in a standard double room even though we had paid for a superior one, because they were all booked up; that was a little confusing since we had made our reservation and paid for a superior double room three months prior to our arrival... But they change our room the very next day and it was ok.

The hotel had a pool that was great for the kids. Hotel 50m from tram line and quick journey to old town and the main shopping area. Also 10 min walking distance from old town. Staff at breakfast were friendly and children made to feel welcome.

The room was quite, comfortable and rather spacious and was kept very clean. The decoration, although a bit business-like, is quite modern and pleasant. The staff was helpful and English speaking. The garage was also very convenient, although at a charge. The location is relatively good - 20-25 minutes walk from Nice centre/old town or 6-7 minutes with the ultra-modern tram (the nearest stop is 2-3 minutes walk from the hotel).

Not anything important. The only slight problem was that the breakfast area tends to get too busy and hectic at times, especially if the hotel is full and service might be a bit slow at the restaurant for the same reason.
